Delivery Information

Our products are stored in a number of different locations across the country and as such, we use a number of different couriers, depending on, but not limited to, location, size, shape and value of the product. Different products within the same order may come from different warehouses, so do not be alarmed if your different parts of your order arrive separately by different couriers. While we make every effort to consolidate your order into as few separate parts as we can, it is not always possible to consolidate it into 1 delivery.

Delivery Charges

We have a flat rate delivery charge of £5.00. For products kept in our Walton-on-Thames store we offer a free click & collect service.

Delivery Timescale

If you place an order by 2pm on a working day, we aim to dispatch it the same day for next working day delivery. For some items, such as refilled/remanufactured ink and toner cartridges, it is not always possible to dispatch the same day even if ordered before 2pm. We will always deliver these items as soon as possible and this is normally within 1-3 working days. If you are in urgent need of anything, please contact us first to get accurate delivery times.

Click & collect orders can also be collected the same day if ordered before 2pm. A collection time will need to be arranged with us, so please look out for this email after ordering.

Some couriers will provide a delivery time slot, which we will always pass on to you if possible. Other couriers we use do not provide such information and we are unable to provide any further information than what the tracking information states.
Unfortunately sometimes couriers can make mistakes. While this is completely out of our hands, we will always do our best to rectify and track down any mishandled parcels.

Damaged/Non Delivery

Please notify us within 24 hours of any damaged or non-delivery of items so we can investigate. For damaged deliveries, either refuse to accept the delivery or sign for as "DAMAGED". Do not sign accepting the delivery otherwise we may not be able to rectify this quickly/at all. We may ask for extra information such as pictures as proof. Without this we may not refund/replace the necessary items.

Any items reported missing or damaged after the 24 hour period may not be refunded/replaced.
